My name is Brock Baumgardner I’m a photographer and missionary from Alabama. I’m currently in school for photojournalism at the New York Institute of Photography. I’ve traveled to several different countries including The Philippines, Kenya, Tanzania and Thailand. I’m usually accompanied by my dad, Earl Baumgardner, and my brother, Ben. We’ve all had our fair share of interesting experiences whether it’s crossing a bridge straight out of an Indiana Jones movie or broken down in the Tanzanian serengeti in the middle of a group of hyenas. This website is for me to simply document and share those experiences with the world, and occasionally I try to throw in a few interesting facts about certain things I’ve photographed so I hope you all enjoy!
